The scan has been posted on the thread. The moment, Obito manifested Onmyoudon staff from Black Zetsu's hand of the left side of his body has became a proof Black Zetsu has similar substances to Onmyoudon. And, Obito always used the Onmyoudon from his right hand.​

The perfect use of this Gave SO6P the Allmighty ability called "Creation Of All Things" Izanagi is a variation incomplete/limited version of this. Truth Seeking balls is also Yin/Yang release "Inyouton" with opposite effect as that of COAT "Creation OfAll Things" since Onmyoudon is more like "The Destruction/Uncreation of All Ninjutsu" so this probably implies that COAT and Onmyoudon are based on the same stuff but with opposite effects. Perhaps thats what Killerbee was talking about when teaching naruto how to do a bijuu dama.

No, he cannot make a Black Zetsu for several reasons:

1). He does not have the Rinnegan, therefore, he cannot access to the Outer Path.
2). He doesn't know how to utilize Yin based techniques, which are requirments to create a living creature from nothing (Black Zetsu).

Madara created it without the rinnegan.

You need rinnegan or uchiha/senju kekkai genkai to use the black rods.

You are correct that they are what is used through for rikudou Justus, pain rikudou, and Inyouton.

Ah I see, I understadn what COAT is and Onmyoudon, just wasn;t sure since I've never seen Inyouton written, it confused me.
