List your favorite Spider Man movies in tv shows or movies. I wanna know your Top 3 and why! Mine Are:

1. The Amazing Spider Man 2 because of it's amazing CGI (mostly why I love it) and it's stellar acting from Andrew and Emma! His suit is pretty sexy too. :heh:

2. Spider Man 2 the best of Raimi's legendary trilogy with its brilliant story, effects, acting from Toby and Alfred how could you dislike it?

3. The Spectacular Spider Man TV Series yes I know it's a cartoon and all but it gets everything done right! (that means they followed the source material. The Comics!) The villians are developed the right way. Spider Man goes through eveything you could possibly imagine him go through. His troubles with Gwen and Brock to his new love for Mary Jane, and struggle to help Aunt May with the bills. It's Spider Man at his best, but I'm just a nut for live action.

So those are my favorites and why they have a spot in my top 3. If you aren't familiar with any of the movies I suggest you to Raimi's triligy and then Webbs reboot. If you aren't familiar with the tv shows go watch The Spectacular Spider Man! it is the best Lol but besides that let me know your favs and why they are your top 3.

The Amazing Spider-Man is my favorite movie. I'm gonna see the sequel tomorrow, and I know I'm gonna love it even more.

The Spectacular Spider-Man, I liked watching that, but the only cartoons I remember fully are Ultimate Spider-Man, and I can't stand the kiddy humor for that, and the old one that was on Fox or whatever.

Hmm. This is a tough one.
I like the Spider-Man tv show from the 90s and the Spider-Man 2 movie which I rewatched so many times XD. I also like both of The Amazing Spider-Man movies. I don't know which would be my top 3
I might check out The Spectacular Spiderman tv series you mentioned, Spidey.

I grew up on the 1990's Spiderman cartoons, so that's my answer. I never really cared for the movies. :\

When I watched the first spider man movies, I loved them. But these days, after learning more about comics spider man, and becoming more "critical", they are not soooo good. The main reason is tobey maguire's peter parker. I mean, really, the guy is a cry baby. So out of character, so annoying.

The new ones are much better.

I see a lot of people agree he didn't go through as much as Tobey but I like that he's more energetic and less... i wanna say sad? idk lol

This. I haven't read the comics, but I have read the Peter Parker wiki page many times, and while he was a teenager, it seemed to me like his happy-go-lucky attitude and personality serve to hide his true pain and feelings of ineptness. IMO, Garfield captured that well, while Maguire did not. The scene where Garfield arrives late then ends up saying "If my father is concerned with responsibility, why isn't he here to tell me that himself" displays the fact that Garfield captured Peter's attitude being another mask for pain. Garfield, IMO, caught the awkward quirkiness of Peter and sleek charisma of Spider-Man much better than Maguire did.
