Obito Uchiha(age 14) - Who is the strongest person he could beat

How powerful was this version of obito, let's exclude Kurama and just consider his own abilities. Of every Kage and S rank ninja we know of (past, present and future); how many of them could he defeat. Who and how many could he take on all at one time. What diff would he win or lose against them? I'm curious because without his MS I feel like his skill level would drop like 2 or 3 tiers, so I find it astonishing how op his kamui makes him.

14 year old Obito is better than Taka. He cant be touched unless hes trying to capture them. If he wanted to Kill them he could. He tried to capture Minato not kill him. All he has to do is hold a kunai and stand still.
