Am I the only one that thinks that shikamaru would make a great hokage he can think quick and has helped a lot . I know The hokage tilte is given to the strongest but look at tsunade she's no where close to any of the previous hokages and she was selected and I know it's narutos dream to become hokage but still shikamaru would be a good candidate .

I think Tsunade will likely live and continue to be Hokage until Naruto is ready for the position.. that being said Naruto is more than powerful enough, he's just an idiot at times and is going to need a lot of training and help from his 2nd man, Shikamaru
