I don't get why people say drain ball z doesn't have a story anyway. It goes form Radditz brother trying to kill them. After defeating Radditz, Vegeta come to earth looking for dragon balls to wish for immortality to overthrow Frieza. I could continue but I do to feel like typing all of this on my phone.

DBZ fights are real fights. Naruto fights are more about applying techniques, trying to deceive each other etc. Naruto characters are based off ninja, whereas DBZ characters (the saiyans) are warrior race.
Naruto has more variety in technique, but the fight themselves are boring compared to DBZ

The five eps of powering up was not work the few minutes of what is now subpar quality action.
OT: Naruto hands down. Tactics, large variety of abilities and fighting styles make it much more interesting.

Yeah I agree there wasent much plot, but each villain had a reason to do what they did. A lot of people make it seem like the villains just wanted to blow up earth and be done with it.

No naruto fight will ever be this chilling. Rock Lee vs Gaara was the only fight that was DBZ like (another was against Kimimaro0. The rest are meh

They're both honestly as great as each other. Naruto's fighting is less ridiculous, although recently in the series it's beginning to become more and more so. In any case, the fighting in Naruto is much more snappy, doesn't take such a massively long time, and is pretty damn tactical at parts (remember Naruto vs Pain, and Naruto disguising himself as a Rasenshuriken to counter the jutsu shield)
HOWEVER, on the DBZ end of the spectrum, over the top and hammy as hell just WORK. In Naruto it's not so fitting I don't think, but in DBZ when you have guys with golden spiky hair and hence muscles everywhere, it's just very fitting! Not to mention the lasers and destruction; Vegeta's final flash, nuff said. However the trade-off is those massively draggy power up scenes filled with grunts and shouts and the random huge pointless dialogue.
So really, I think they both add up about equally. But if I had to pick a side, it'd be DBZ; just the flying through the air and the fast paced fighting always gets me pumped.

The only good one I can remember is Lee vs Gaara, Lee vs Kimimaro, Sasuke vs Naruto (VOTE)...other battles had barely any thrill, just hand seal and random useless jutsu which were poorly animated

Dbz and db was just to basic for me nobody had any special ability every villain was the same. strength and speed with more ki energy.

I mean, DBZ is probably the only series that can make a dude flexing his muscles and screaming at the top of his lungs for 5min before a rapid hair growth session epic.
