I feel like sasuke is thinking of becoming the the only kage. In a single united village. While naruto thinks that the villages will disperse after the war is over, and he will become the sixth hokage. And I think the four kages will agree that all villages should stay united to prevent war.

Maybe assume might resort to force seeing as out of the ninja alive the only one that can compete is naruto. Just saying, MAYBE!

Raikage won't approve of that and would end up beating the shit out of Sasuke if he finds out that Sasuke's thinking about ruling over all Five Great Nations.

In my opinion, Sasuke's not Kage worthy; he'll just end up being a Tyrant.
If Sasuke really wants to be a Kage, he should have kids with Karin so they could start their own village and unite other people. The village wouldn't be that big, and don't forget Otogakure still doesn't have a leader.

Sasuke could re-make Otogakure into Uchigakure or something.​
