i think those who cant mold chakra might be immune to moon eye plan like lee and guy because jubi seeks those who are having charkra and also it needs chakra reserves to feed so no chakra not A victim and what so far we have seen is that a genjuts changes one chakra flow no chakra no change in flow what u think?

he has chakra and can use ninjutsu(summoning jutsus) but he relays more on taijutsu.

Gai was cautious to look away from Itachi's eyes in part 1 , and if anyone have the slightest bit of intellectual capacity in their heads , one should be able to deduce why he was doing that

well we didnt see bt remeber gai asuma and kakashis battle with itachi and kisame gai told everyone nt to look directly at itachis eye instead look at the reflection .he said this because itachi can cast a genjutsu at them and we all knw that guy and kakkashi is rivals and because of thier many battle that gai found out that trick . so that means that kakshi did cast a genjutsu on gai and it affected him.

gai and kakashi both had to release themselves from a genjutsu at the chunin exams. /thread.

Well he dont use/open "Chakra Gates" he use/opens the "Inner Gates" and thats not the same

Btw. Gai can use Chakra, remember back in part 1 when Lee and Sasuke had their "little fight" Gai used a Summoning and even when they chased after Kisame in part 2 he used also the Summoning in the Air

that scene led me to believe that by "power", it was probably supposed to be taken as meaning their life force. If not, then it has to mean ppl were always genetically predisposed to carry chakra ever since Hagoromo imbued ppl with it, only one needed to have the aptitude to learn how to wield it:
