How much powerful would kakashi be if he had high chakra reserves?

Yeh thats fair point but i mean hes always complaining about his chakra and how's hes almost run out

yeah kakashi is pretty good when it comes to chakra

he just happened to have had a kekkei genkai always taking copious amounts

Kakashi always had high chakra reserves but he was always drained because of the sharingan.Now that Kakashi has his regular eye back Kakashi could probably reach Hiruzen Saratobi's level, which I believe is his ceiling.Would Kakashi be over powering, no.Kakashi main op ability came from having Obito's sharingan, without it Kakashi's not in the top tier of the shinobi world, i.e. Naruto,Sasuke,Nagato,hashirama, etc.

no he doesn't... naruto had to give him chakra twice and he was also healed by sakura and that's how he has managed to last till now.
