[Theory] Possibility

Let me first state this this is not a NaruHina thread so dont flame the narusaku stuff.

Ever since the series has begun manga and anime Hinata has been Narutos stalker. A nervous/shy stalker nonetheless. Over time the 2 have gotten closer to each other and Hinata as adapted Narutos ninja way or ninpo of never giving up. The last time Naruto flipped out and lost control of Kurama was when Hinata was almost killed in front of his eyes by Pein.

Over the time from that point till where we are now Neji sacrificed himself to protect Hinata and Naruto. Naruto goes on to repeat Nejis dying words while grasping Hinatas hand. During the time Naruto gave out his chakra cloak to everyone in SA everyone linked to him through the cloak saw into his memories and saw what he was about and how he felt.

Now in chapter 677 we see a bond sort of when Hinata is being taken into I.T she calls out to Naruto in her head and it looks like Naruto is responding to it but in reality he is reacting to the fear of everyone in the SA being taken into the pods by I.T.

But here is where my theory begins we all know Hinatas dreamworld inside of I.T is gonna have Naruto and Neji in it. But heres the thing i think with her byakugan and her stalker tendencies towards Naruto. That in the dream world she will see Neji first and things will start causing her head to hurt. Then she will see Naruto who will run upto her and give her a kiss.

At first she will go along with this thinking she is lucky and everything ended up okay. But as a few days pass by in I.T things will start bothering her about this perfect life and her head will start hurting even worse. She will finally try and activate her Byakugan to no avail causing her head to hurt even worse this time she has a flashback to Naruto holding her hand. Feeling his chakra and warth and her head hurts again.

Hinata decides to try something and grabs Narutos hand in that instant she doesnt feel the same warmth she remembered and she knows something is wrong. Neji walks into the room and she sees him and she gets a flash memory of him dying in front of her eyes. She starts crying and when she does her Byakugan activates forcefully and she looks around to see every person in the I.T world has the exact same chakra flow.

This will be the turning point of her dream and she uses Byakugan to its highest level and breaks out of I.T. She gets free of the pod but notices she is completely drained of all her chakra.

This is only a theory but its one i can actually see happening due to Hinatas mindset on Naruto and her Byakugan. I know im gonna get flamed and crap but i wanted to put this out and see if anyone could agree with this theory.

This is really good. I felt that as soon as Hinata saw Neji she would notice something is off.

I can't really comment in any way about this specific subject. However, I can say one thing: IT is not the usual genjutsu that can be broken by merely releasing it. We saw that Sasuke is immune to because of his specific eye so let's say that it is IT's antipode but for a byakugan, I can't really have any opinion. The sure is that it wil indeed come in handy at some point.

Not sure it will happen, but seems consistent with the side episode in the anime (trial of IT) where a lot of the characters seemed to have little side stories. So this would be a plausible side story for Hinata if Kishi were inclined to draw out the manga with many chapters of how individuals were experiencing IT in each of their own heads.

Actually reads more like a prediction than a theory, but I am not splitting hairs. I acknowledged that it was consistent with the flow of character sub-stories in the Trial IT anime episode.

Your theory are awesome, it's definitely plausible. I aways thought that perhaps the reason why Kishi killed off Neji is to allow Hinata to see him in the dream world to fall into despair. Although I believe and Hope Neji would come back as a spirit to help defeat Madara because of what Hinata said when she pleaded and pray Neji to protect Naruto

She needs development like that. I've loved her for years but have started to not like her as much because she is like the wife that accepts her husband cheat on her (yes, NaruHina is happening and yes, Naruto is the cheating type).

i had forgotten all about her prayer to neji lol and glad you liked it

she has proven that she has guts and determination during the chunin exams as well as the pain arc it took alot to keep her down and her will has always been there but she focused on trying to get naruto to notice her.

glad you liked it and thats what im thinking we still have yet to see this true power of the byakugan Kaguya had it and she was supposed to be the strongest female in the NV
