Naruto: Specializes In Wind Style, and now since he has tailed beast power he can use their nature elements. Here's something.
Naruto can use Water Style, Wind Style (Tailed Beast Essence)
Now Here are Sasukes powers Lightning Style, Fire Style (Uchiha Escence)
People say Naruto is stronger than Sasuke because of Wind style but Sasuke still has Fire Style which conquers Wind Style
While Water Style> Fire Style so it's like this Wind Style>Lightning Style>Water Style>Fire Style which means because they specialize in their famous moves (Chidori Lightning Element) (Wind Style Rasen Shuriken) (Amateresu) (Water Style Rasen Shuriken it will be shown by 3 Tails element)
Their Chakra nature is equal

Sasuke can combine MS and Rinnegan techniques together
Naruto can combine All Bijuu Nature powers
Bijuu Pieces of the Juubi. The Juubi Jin Hagomoro put some of his chakra and Juubi powers into Tailed Beast Naruto have tailed Beast Powers pieces of Hagmoros chakra and powers.
Sasuke has the Rinnegan the chakra and spiritual energy of Hagmoros eye and the ultimate dojutsu
Which means when Hagomoro spilt his powers between Sasuke and Naruto they were made equal Hagomoro knew what he was doing he knows the key to defeat Kaguya/Madara and end Infinite Tsukomyi was for them to work together and combine their powers. This will help True peace come true, end the cycle of hatred and fix the problem Hagomoro created years ago

So I have concluded Naruto and Sasuke are equal without one another they wouldn't be here where they are today. Sasuke being jealous of Narutos growth causing him to leave the village because of the Uchiha clan hatred and Naruto became stronger to bring Sasuke back to the village and make peace with him. Just like how Ashura wanted peace with Indra. And How Hashirama wanted peace with Madara. Without each other Naruto and Sasuke are nothing they are a vital part of each other's strength they are equal.
