I wonder if the jutsu Hashirama give Sasuke can work on all senjutsu user?

Hashirama give Sasuke a jutsu that will allow him to bind Madara sage mode abilities.If it is a jutsu,then it should be able to use on other senjutsu users too?This mean Sasuke should be able to cancel shinobi like Naruto,orichimaru and Kabuto senjutsu powers ?

This is more logical, possibly though.
He did harm Madara many times meaning that the Juubi is also restricted from this "technique."

Possibly Hashirama said its a jutsu that binds someone with his senjutsu chakra. Is there any real difference between senjutsu besides the different modes.
