There is anyone in series that step up to be Sasuke rival now?

I am not bashing anyone.

I believe Sasuke is on a whole different level compare to some other shinobi.Before Sasuke had rinnegan ,people need to remember that Sasuke had other powers beside his current powers which make him even better overall.Who do you think can be near to Sasuke skill level overall?
For me ,i believe it either 8 gate gai,Itachi (R.I.P) because he can take down God level shinobi (nagato,kabuto and obito fear hiim) ,Madara (one eye or both) .One eye jubi host madara was too easily kill or defeated by Sasuke in the past,I am sure current Madara is enough now to be at his level ,eventhough infinite tsukyomi is ineffective agianst Sasuke.

Il prolly say Naruto with the 9 bijuus.Sasuke is wayy over his previous level now by gaining the rinnegan and the wing susano.Also naruto gettin all 9 bijuus is really powerful.For attacks all the bijuuus workin together and usin their chakra to create rasen shurikens or bijuu dama can do devastating amounts of damage.So ill say its prolly Naruto

Before the sage gave power to the both, naruto had a good comfortable lead. With Sasuke new rinnengan ability may give Sasuke the edge, but not by much. To say he needs another rival is crazy.
