[Theory] The only option: Edo Tensei & Tobirama

I believe that Tobirama and the edo tensei jutsu will be used here by Kishi as a means to either defeat IT or help Sasuke and Naruto get to the point where they can defeat Madara and IT.

As we have seen Edo Tensei summons are not effected by IT ergo they will be Naruto and Sasuke's best hope of creating a much more permanent solution to the light of IT problem. Sasuke can't maintain his Susanoo forever.

The 4 Hokage while effective are not enough currently to effect enough change.

I believe that Tobirama will use zetsu clones to summon help even if his own technique is inferior to Orochimaru's enhanced version. Its still more bodies that can survive the light.

Sasuke also can't fight effectively as it is, even if he was using his Susanoo he still has to make it opaque in order to stop the light of IT. Hence he cannot see out of his Susanoo to effectively fight.

So I believe Edo tensei will be used again, in this case by the original creator.

I'll say this at my own risk. We just might see an edo tensei Izuna afterall given the circumstances. Sasuke still has yet to perform Hashirama's binding jutsu though!!!! >_>

True but Sasuke needs to get close to Madara to do that he needs a path...

I sort of doubt it.. there really isn't any other Zetsu clones around except for Spiral Zetsu himself.. and who does Tobirama know that is worthy enough to bring back? Izuna? Kagami? Maybe by a long shot, Sakumo? ..but I highly doubt Tobirama have any of their DNA.


Now, a while ago, Obito learned the ET from Kabuto.. I would believe it more if Obito woke up and used ET on Black Zetsu to bring back Sakumo (his childhood hero)

Hmm maybe but same applies to Sakumo no DNA. I suspect that it may be possible to bring back the other kage again for a second time. So its all Kage ever vs Madara. Perhaps Tobirama can find Obito's hide out and hence get the nessesary DNA?

Plus all the Zetsu can't be dead thats just stupid lol. As you know just because we can't see em doesn't mean they aren't hiding...Hashirama would be the perfect guy to draw them out. Plus if they find Obito's hide out they are bound to find more zetsu left over.

We haven't seen Kabuto sealed in the genjutsu maybe he could do the summoning? He was supposed to be immune to genjutsu....

True. His Sage abilities probably shields him from the IT as well. He might be another ET spammer =)

Obito strikes me as a collector of some kind as we already have seen his lab full of sharingan when he brought Danzo's corpse there.
So, Obito could be holding a memento of something that belonged to a man who inspired him with the idea of 'trash'.. just like how Orochimaru kept DNA of all of the Edo Hokages. So, I wouldn't be surprised if something like that happened.

Also, I did assume that all of the Zetsu clones that were part of the war were killed since there r fodder shinobi still all over the battlefield, but u r absolutely right, some of them could be hiding underground or at the hideout. (I would have thought they wouldn't be afraid to come out and help Madara if Madara had no problem dealing with the Shinobi Alliance by himself and some help from Spiral/Black Zetsu)

Tobirama might have found out where the hideout is while talking to Orochimaru, Kabuto and Taka when Sasuke was fighting Juubidara with his new S06P powers. He could go there with Hashirama's help, he could revive Izuna, Kagami and Danzo. (I'd love to see tensions run high w/ Sasuke & Edo Hiruzen if Danzo was ever brought back)

Now, Kabuto.. I'm curious about his snake eyes that r supposedly immune to genjutsu, is it able to resist the IT? Who knows.. we might will find out about that next chapter..

I'm not so sure. We'll see what happens after Orochimaru chakra runs out. Remember that he is the caster of this justu.
