Can the Juubi be co-operative?

What do you guys think? We've seen some examples of it's sentience in the beast form, so would it be possible to use it's chakra at will as Naruto does with Kurama?

And, more importantly, a "Senpou: Juubi Dama RasenShuriken" = DBZ level destruction potential (Base Goku during Frieza arc sounds about right).

I'm pretty sure Saiyan arc Goku/Vegeta could beat the Juubi... Juubi Jinchuuriki Naruto/Madara/Sasuke/Obito/Hagoromo or not.

Edit: More specifically when Goku and Vegeta fought.

you cant compare a cartoon and comic with this manga

and destruction is not all that i hope you know

gogeta for a example stardust breaker it much stronger then your normal planet buster attacks but it itself cant destroy a planet

OT: you will never know who would win since manga anime cartoons comics cant be compared you dont know how strong each punch is thrown

ex say if each throw a punch that puts a hole in a mountain but each hit would not be the same raw power 1 could had be closer or added something to his hit w.e
