Komamura beat her to within an inch of her life then turned into a Puppy, Then the 4 Random Girls showed up, offered to help her, and Babietta was afraid of "That".

Given that the girls have Z the Zombie, it's pretty likely that one of her powers will be to turn people into actual zombies.
