Okay I have been having this debate with my friend who is a total Natsu fan-boy about who would win in a fight in the current arc Natsu or Erza.He told me that a Natsu surpassed her in the Tower of Heaven arc(ridiculous). I just don't think Natsu is a that level yet I really don't think he can beat any of the S class mages ( Erza, Laxus, Mirajane, or Gildarts) Here is a list of Erza's feats and why I don't think he is at her level yet please respond with your own reasons why Natsu is better I would like a lively debate.
1. In terms of durability I put Erza near top of fairy tail I think by now it's clear that she can take an immense amount of damage and still get up(Jupiter, taking over 200 organic link magic hits from thunder palace, hits from great tree arc,etc.)
2. Physical strength is high (able lift lift objects several times her own weight)
3. Swordsmanship( proven to be one of the top swords woman in the world along with Kagura)
3. Leadership ability ( Erza and Gray are usually the ones who came up with plans when in sticky situations, Makarov considered her for guild master but decided that she was just too young)
4. Immense magic power ( was stated to be near Jose a wizard saint in power if she had not taken Jupiter, her and her counter part were able to destroy a whole floating Island, she was the only one not affected by the second origin release, again beat 100 monsters when the stronger ones were stated to be at wizard saint levels of power,was able to keep up with guild ace kagura without using second origin, and and was able to ware an armor that no one else could because it used so much magic power and that let her bend the laws of magic)
5. great strategic mind for battle (is able to pick and use effectively the perfect armor with the right properties that will help her gain an advantage or win the battle)
