How Hagoromo defeated Kaguya

I think this makes so much sense now that I think about it.

1. Hagoromo uses his tools to seal her
2. Obito uses the tools to revive 10 tails since they have 9 tails chakra
3. This unwittingly unseals Kaguya into the 10 tails too since she was also sealed
4. This is how Kaguya ended up in the tree and is now pseudo-fused with Madara

Thoughts?

Given the posts below let me clarify. I mean fused in the sense that Kaguya is now within Madara, or connected to him, in some way. Not DBZ type fusion. Eg latest page shows this to a degree:

Those tools probably can't even seal the juubi let alone kaguya. I think kaguya's chakra fused with the shinju, allowing her to manipulate anyone who becomes its jinchuriki.

Kaguya is not fused,

she simply dwells within madara,

just as indra dwells within sasuke and ashura within naruto.

the term reincarnation isn't literally, they are godly energies that dwell in people

I'm referring to all the panels showing Kaguya inside the tree, and this last chapter page. (Hence why I said pseudo-fused). I think it's pretty clear she is still alive in some sense.
