This current chapter make me believe that Current Sasuke know all rinnegan jutsus

I believe that the uchiha have photographic memory of the uchiha tablet writing and when they develop their eye to higher stages,they will be able to understand the writing they read .They do not need to go back to the hide out at ever stage of sharingan level.For example Sasuke knew about izanagi ,limbo jutsu and infinite tsukyomi (etc) weakness and strong points.

Why Sasuke will warn naruto about infinite tsukyomi effect on him ,if he got expose tot he light?

We can conclude the the uchiha probably memorize the tablet writing and review the codes at each level of sharingan development to used the jutsu/powers link to the level.This is similar to learning a foreign language,at first the language words seem confusing but when u learn about each words meaning and putting them together to make sense,then it become easy

Actually, Sasuke stated that the technique Danzo used was Izanagi. So yeah he apparently had prior knowledge
