Naruto is the title character and the main protagonist, therefore he should be the one for those reasons alone. This shouldn't be up for debate really.

Here's how I would like to see it:

Obito provides a distraction to divert Madara's attention

Naruto gets inside Madara's head and has a talk with him, like he did to Obito

Sasuke kills Madara after refusing Naruto's acceptance

But I'm sure whatever Kishi makes it will be awesome. =D
