We do not know if Naruto can resist it or not, because before the light could come close to them Sasuke shielded them from the light with susan'O, As it was Sasuke's assemption that Naruto isn't immune it OR he knows that Naruto can resist it, he's just shielding the other two players beside them.

We'll have to wait a chapter or two to see if Naruto is immune to it or not. Naruto may still be immune to it, we just don't know yet.
