2nd Hokage Tobirama Senju vs. 4th Hokage Minato Namikaze

Location: Valley of the End (Final Valley)

Intel: Full

Restrictions: SM, BM

Intent: Immobilize opponent

Reason: Find out who is a Faster, Stronger, Better Hokage

Both are at their Prime. Minato can still activate Nine-Tails state w/o forming cloak.

So basically Minato can use KCM? Either way, he wins.

You restricted BM then said Minato can activate it at the bottom. Which is it?

Anyway, someone already went into great depth how Minato outclasses Tobirama in literally every ninja category. I forgot his name but I can link the post if you want.

I was saying that Minato can activate the eyes while chakra is still flowing inside him without it leaking out...Still having same effect like Naruto used to do

Even Base Minato takes this.

Minato > Tobirama when it comes to FTG, that's all that matters in this fight.

FTG versatility? When Tobirama can make Shadow Clones and the Shadow Clones can also throw marked kunai?

lol, I'm still sticking with Tobirama.

considering minato can do that as well with shadow clones and minato throws over 20 marked kunai at once, it just means Minatos FTG out number tobiramas all day long.

lmao, it's not the person who throws the most marked kunai wins, that's just terrible logic. The marked kunai are thrown for defensive purposes, not offensive, so what good is it having the option to teleport to 100 marked kunai rather than 20, especially since Tobirama has no large AoE attacks? For offence, Minato carries one marked kunai at all times, one that he can throw and use FTG with.

Not for offense?? Lol, so when minato was wiping out platoons of rock ninja with the use of several marked kunai, was that not offense? If minato throws dozens of kunai around an opponent it means that not only can he appear from all sides and different angles of the opponent, it also means that the opponent has no breathing space or area to run to since there will be kunai everywhere they step.

"platoons"

"kunai everywhere they step"

y'know you're talking about shinobi who can jump higher than trees?

Minato isn't facing a platoon here.

Minato is basically Tobirama but better. His S/T is better, his shunshin is better, constantly gets praise for his better accomplishments(whether with his skilful Kage Bunshin+FTG no jutsu usage or saving the world 2 times), except for the gag about his unnecessary long names. Mindless Juubito erases half of tobirama while the controlled and stronger form of Juubito can only cut off minato's arm and still accomplished more things with a missing arm during almost the entire war(like weakening JJ Madara by stealing his balls). SM Madara beats Tobirama, JJ Madara cuts off Minato's arm. By feats and portrayal, Minato is stronger
