Pretty much the entire situation the world is in is Kabutos fault. Had he not decided to be a try hard and bring Madara back the war would be over. Obito would have been beaten already and Madara would be stuck in hell watching his plan fail. But now hes screwed everyone including himself for the time being. He is the source of all the problems.
