No he got chakra from one of the tail so madara is not missing the eight tails

Not true. The 8 tails was in full beast mode and simply focused Bee to the tentacle and cut it off. By definition, he was a free beast at that point, he was no longer sealed in his master because he was a free beast.

Naruto has not yet achieved a full beast state. The seal has been opened but not to the point where Kurama is fully free. Therefore he was still anchored in Naruto and that's why when he was pulled out it affected Naruto.
