No he isn't, but he's probably not gonna be affected by the genjutsu cause his shades block the light, do you remember during the Jinchurki fight when Obito was controlling them to fight Naruto and B? He mentioned that his shades completely blocks the light, but he's not blind in any way

Tenten was caught in the Genjutsu, but if you notice someone was getting out of the tools. It's probably Samui, Atsui and the Kin Gin brothers, Samui and Atsui will both probably get caught and wrapped onto the tree immediately, but the Kin Gin brothers will not be affected since they're Edo's, Kabuto might have blocked his sight as well so there's a chance we wasn't affected by the Genjutsu as well

Why would they help? Even if they get out they'd get caught in I.T. immediately... Bee is caught in the genjutsu OBVIOUSLY.

EVERYONE IN THE ENTIRE NARUTOVERSE THAT WE KNOW OF EXCEPT FOR TEAM 7, OBITO(ZETSU), AND THE EDO KAGES ARE UNDER INFINITE TSUKUYOMI AND ARE NOW IN THE MATRIX
