The progenitor of chakra, the mother of the Sage of the Six Path, the person that was responsible for initially letting the Ten Tails run ramparts after angering the God Tree, the first person to utilize the Infinite Tsukuyomi and lastly the one that has brought the mindset of using chakra as a means of weaponry that has led to so much suffering in the ninja world.

We all kind of saw this coming through the hints, but now we can pretty much say who the REAL cause of this madness is.

Kaguya is most likely playing her part to destroy the world using Madara whereas Hagoromo tends to save the world from that through Naruto and Sasuke. Also, her invasion into the plot isn't going to make any difference. She is known for her infamous ability of Infinite Tsukuyomi, which Madara has already casted, so her FV role is pointless... She is indirectly the final villain though, much like the Sage is indirectly the final hero.
