He said nothing like: I'd die if I use that Tech. in my current state or something. He just said that would die.

i know what you're saying... and either Konan just assumed it had to do with chakra levels... or Obito assumed that you'd 100% die from it. we won't know whose right really... the only thing we know is that Obito survived it... because of the jubi shell...

i'd say it's 50/50... and i absolutely understand what you're saying... and i agree... but it's either one of them just "assuming"

@Underline Minato can't be a expert on something he knows nothing about the most he can do is speculate.

There's only one Jutsu thats a certain kill jutsu if you use it and thats Reaper Death seal since that actually consumes your soul after use.

He said he's doing the same thing as Nagato on that scan, as Nagato and Obito was in a similar situation, Nagato was low on Chakra and Obito just had the Beast extracted.

The Rinne Tensei was this sure kill move how would Obito still be alive now and even after he transferred Kurama to Naruto? extra chakra from Black zetsu.

no. obito a rinne tensei user stated how it works. that over rules what ever any not rinne user says. and madara said he needed him weakened because he couldnt force a juubi jin to revive himself, which is why he needed him weakened
