I actually believe Chouji is the most powerful out of these guys and so especially with Lee as well (who can definitely tie with Neji)

Even if There were No Restrictions Neji can quickly blitz choji with Chakra points blockage Rendering him useless this allows sakura some time to Summon Katsuyu And Acidify Him quickly.Lee can't do anything as all sakura needs is one strike she can regenerate from most blunt force And all of lee's attacks.
