Someone explain to me why Accel World is good.

Can someone please explain to me why Accel World is possibly good?

The only vibes I'm getting from this anime is some fat kid who seemingly can't grow farther than 130cm is having problems with his life and his dragged into the arms of a popular and beautiful girl and his having relationship problems with her and his 2 other best friends.

Someone please tell me if I should drop this anime or not because I feel like killing a fat midget all of the sudden.

I lost interest rather quickly with that one so I just spoiled the rest of it......Its nowhere near good as its hyped to be Log Horizon is 10x better. U r better off dropping Accel World, the fat kid is spineless.

Yeah, I already watched Log Horizon and I'm waiting for season 2 just like the rest of you guys.
And Log Horizon isn't 10x better than Accel World, because Accel World is just complete shit, Log Horizon is just straight up a better anime.

Only reason I'm watching this is because apparently it's similar to Sword Art Online.

SAO 2 has no Asuna, it made me way less psyched than I used to be.
Apparently there is not even an explanation to it.

And I've never heard of No Game No Life prior to you telling me, I just might actually watch it if it involves romance. Yandere is also fine

Asuna is in only at the end of SAO2. there is another girl that falls for him; unrequited though. No Game No Life isn't romance heavy. It has its moments, but its mostly funny, ero, and strategy. Just try watching the first 2 episodes and it will hook u

Oh, if you like romance watch Bakemonogatari. Its the anime in my Sig and its one of my all time favorites

I've thought they were all pretty stupid honestly. Even the hyped ones like SAO or Log Horizon.

Especially log horizon though, what's the point of being trapped in a game if when you die you respawn at the cathedral? That's kills the whole conflict element.

Now .hack/// was legit but the animation is dated now.

There wasn't allot of action in Log Horizon to begin with.
And what I seriously hated about it though was there is NO explanation about what is happening to them in the real world.

I didn't bother to watch .hack/// because I don't like the animation and apparently it is slow paced.

SAO is flawed in some areas but I simply overlooked it due to my love for Kirito and Asuna, I felt that actually focusing on them and leaving the other characters out for a bit was actually good.

Is it me, or did they foreshadow the Nerve Gear from Sword Art Online in Accel World? I forgot what episode it was, somehwere near the beginning. But anyway, its rather mediocre Id say, flashy moves, pretty girl, mechanical avatars and incarnation system are what makes it cool. It gets really rushed towards the end, and the characters dont really get developed much. But watch if it you just wanna finish it for the sake if watching it lol
