Is gai impervious to all genjutsu?

So we all know that gai can fight sharingan users by not looking at their eyes so that takes away genjutsu used through the sharingan. But what about normal genjutsu, like the one used on naruto by itachi or by kurenai. Jaraiya said that to break a genjutsu you need a disturbance in chackra flow. If gai opened his gates(any one), would that provide the disturbance in chackra flow that he needs? That would mean no genjutsu would work on him. What do you think?

Assuming that after he opens the gate he will look into his eyes which would be stupid to do so i doubt that would happen...

He's not impervious to any genjutsu..... if he looks at a sharingan casting genjutsu he's caught.... No disrespect just saying.... I'm sure KA would catch him....and IT. I'm not sure on the gates.... If normal genjutsu he breaks it imho.... Though if he were caught by KA or Tsukuyomi he's finished.... Gates or not.

He is not impervous to any genjutsu he can avoid eye contact while fighting which negate visual genjutsu, sound and all other sense genjutsu will work. Also genjutsu that can paralyze will work even in his gated mode.

opening the gates actually force open the limiter of the chakra flow... it does not counter-flow.. so it wont break the genjutsu..

what jiraiya taught naruto is to stop the chakra flow, and then forcefully reverse the flow..

This is how gai falls to genjutsu. Ephemeral, a genjutsu he doesn't have knowledge of will put him in a situation where he may not know he's in a genjutsu, thus leaving an opening.

Gai's already broken an A-Rank genjutsu before now, so he'll probably see through and escape most genjutsu except for Gama Rinshou, Tsukuyomi and KA.

He is still vulnerable to all types of genjutsu because Ay chakra is constantly in flow in his lightning release armor and Madara still managed to put him in a genjutsu.

He's not impervious to Izanagi, Izanami, KA, or sound genjutsu. He would still get caught in them. He can still break out however through pain as caterpillar noted.
