If you look closely , you'll see that Madara took a country to make his raindrops , so Naruto did destroy almost half of a country with one Bijuuriken.
And Sasuke did destroy the other half with 50 slash of his swords

Its nowhere close to an Earth killer. That image where you compare the size of the "drops" to the moon doesn't work because we don't know how zoomed out we are from the earth. Judging by what we can see of the earth, it doesn't appear to be that zoomed out, which suggests we're still looking at the moon from VERY far away.
