Would you like sakura more if she was a genjutsu specialist?

They praised her so about her genjutsu skills but she never learned any genjutsu, did kishi forget about her genjutsu "expertise"? Would you like sakura better if she learned genjutsu? Imo she would be a more versatile fighter (and a better character) if she became a tsunade and a kurenai.

Maybe kakashi was spouting bs to make her seem stronger then she actually was in part 1 :|

instead of surpassing tsunade, she should surpass kurenai, then there is hinata, who has a dojutsu

i think if she started using genjutsu now it would be a significant power up for her depending on how she would use it.. and being a genjutsu type to begin with it would not be a complete asspull..

since she is a taijutsu user then using the sense of "touch" to put someone into genjutsu would be quite unique and fit her style quite well imo it would make her more interesting that a duplicate of tsunade..

she needs something else since naruto and sasuke have far advanced and become more than their sannin counter parts

its not all about powers. having genjutsus gives her her own identity instead of being a tsunade part 2. also she could fight more people.

I actually would. If her genjutsu abilities were great enough to phase uchiha combined with the feint out style she used in forest of death...id like her. I hate the fact that she's just tsunades carbon copy. Sasuke differs from oro and kakashi, naruto differs from jman and kakashi.

Sakura is probably not an expert at casting genjutsu, she is an expert at releasing genjutsu. remember when she saved naruto from itachi's genjutsu, despite it being cast by THE itachi, user of izanami?

So did Chiyo. That wasn't about being a genjutsu type, it's just about upsetting your normal chakra flow to break the genjutsu's hold. Which is why Sakura and Chiyo gave Naruto some chakra, to disturb his normal chakra cycle and break the hold of Tsukuyomi. Jiraiya explained it just prior to that occurence.

But, on topic I don't think so. I like my characters for much more than their powers.
