IMO if you're going to go and try to go completely like the comics, but do it in modern times sort of thing, why would you just go overboard and kill off a key character? And why add Rhino to the poster if he's only in it for a mere 2 minutes, not even a full fight.

Nah, I see where you're coming from with that but I guess it's because they really wanted to get that "hope" message across in the movie. I felt like that was a theme they were really trying to highlight all throughout the movie and the death that occurs helps in doing so.

But yeah, I was pretty disappointed about the set up for the sinister 6 in the end but I guess it was a prelude of what's to come next. I remember watching old cartoons with Spider-Man up against the sinister 6. I saw Rhino and got hope but it was a let down right there.

The way they handled rhino was the worst thing about the movie.

Yeah I didn't understand why they did that, it wasn't necessary at all IMO and honestly, I could that character gaining more use in a future movie had they been kept alive. I think it's a huge part of it. Now there's not gonna be any situation where Norman and Harry try to work it out, and build there relationship, leading to Harry finding Spider-Man with his dead fathers corpse, becoming the New Goblin.

Yeah a lot of things. If Iron Man didn't use the Iron Patriot, they could have used that when Norman tried to become good, since he was the original.

I don't think most of the people here know what they're talking about , this movie was basically a set up to the events that are about to come next > Sinister six & his universe , there's one character that seemed rushed Imo , but meh , get over it this is not a just a movie , it's a continuation of the Spidy universe , this is not a movie when you defeat the villain & movie over , next phase please , no , no , no , not like that in here , this is being break into parts .

Now , I'm a huge spidermand fan , ever since I was a kid & I know my fare amount of stories about him , this movie is great , definitely worth watching . Black Cat Can't wait

First off I wanna say this was the best use of 3D I have ever seen And the reason harry became the goblin is because I think his father will become something bigger..... more evil.... the ultimate Green Goblin!

It's awesome I saw it three times. I would recommend seeing it in IMAX it's pretty legit
