Good Lost but... where is Nagato ? He can use all 5 Elemets and as a Uzumaki it would be above normal User

I would put Tobirama above Mei, and Hashirama as first place for both Earth and Water.

Have you forgotten that Spiral Zetsu was able to match Hiruzen in all 5 releases? he should be on at least one of those lists

Amaterasu destructive power is nowhere great as Madara's or Obito's. If it wasn't for Naruto, many shinobis of alliance would be dead. But that's not a point. Point of list was their overall power, not power they have after using one jutsu.

Hashirama is totaly featless in both element usage and i highly doubt that he would be better than Tobirama in Water.
Spiral Zetsu have someone inside him, so it's not his power alone.

I think Tobirama is the second best water user, other than that this list is spot on and perfect

he has no feats of large scale suiton you can't base it on anything other than hype which is meaningless
