I think that Masashi Kishimoto and Hiruzen Sarutobi created team 7 knowing that Sakura would be the key (to Neutralizer) to cooperation between the 2 antagonist powerhouses (Sasuke and Naruto).

Yes, she is useful sometimes. But the thing is that in the most important moments she still can't do much. I don't remember how many times she said that she won't stand behind Naruto and Sasuke anymore and she still failed to induce serious damage on an oponent, though she is a member of Team 7. Speaking entirely about Naruto's survival moments, in most cases it was Kurama, Kakashi, Jirayia or Naruto's parents who saved him. Well, at least Kishi gave her a bit of spotlight when she did CRP to Naruto...

She was given PLENTY of time to MOVE HER ARMS IN A THRUSTING MOTION FOWARD 1 METRE AND SHE COULDN'T DO IT, while that is happening more useful characters naruto and sasuke had the time to have a fight exchange with madara, but she couldn't find the time to do the simple task i said above?

Every character have their weak and good side.. sakura also not fully useless... but the fact many people hates her not only because she is useless.. people just use useless as main reason and quite a strong point while there are more reasons for that hates..
