Yes and no,it's realistic in the sense that such a philosophy is possible however human nature would mean it won't be easy.

Iam impressed by his ability , to overcome hatred and reach out to people who dont deserve it at all. I really believe , that in order to truly grant mercy and understanding , you have to feel the pain and suffer of rejection , or lonelines. But on the other hand ,most humans sucrumb to hatred and pain , vengence....so what is the secret ?

No it isn't. The ppl aren't represented when naruto contains all the power.
I prefer pains idea. Using the beats as a nuclear deterrent.

I'm not to keen on the matrix idea.

However pains idea is the idea in use today. Out of fear of nuclear holocaust/winter. We try to "negotiate" and not let things escalate to that point
