They already have all that they need to beat Madara, they were wiping the floor with Madara earlier and they weren't even going all out.

They are just going to have to go all out now and they will bring him down.

Neither has shown their full power yet. My bet is a similar fusion like the Senjutsu Bijuu Sage Mode + Sasuke's Susano'O combo, but on a larger and more destructive scale. Nor are they fighting with a tremendously serious mindset and they are also looking after Sakura and Kakashi.
