Zabuza has ability to defeat any MS users (manga proof with explanation)

Yagura was jinchircki of 3rd tailed beast and mizukage so he's powerful and zabuza was beast to go all out against mist village all by himself trying to take over village.

Only 3 ninja manged to fight whole village :

- pain fought konoha
- deidara fought sand village

Just because he attempted an assassination doesn't mean he got to actual fight Yagura. As you yourself pointed out he's the Mizukage, it's possible that the coup failed before he even got to him.

Was it ever said that Shisui even tried to kill Ao? No, it wasn't. Maybe it was reconnaissance or infiltration gone wrong and he had to bail. Only reason Shisui didn't KA Danzo in the blink of an eye was because he was his superior and he had no idea Danzo was gonna jump him. Lets take Orochimaru's fight with Hiruzen. The joinin were stalled out by the invading forces, and the anbu got stopped from helping him because the barrier. Zabuza doesn't have barrier techs and as you yourself said he always fights alone.

So that means he was unassisted. But your trying to tell me he fought off bodyguards, other joinins, anbu,and Yagura at the same time by himself :|

But then..and watch this part... Can't beat three kids and a jounin with one 3t sharingan
