[Theory] Hagoromo's Forehead Mark

A thought occurred to me when I was reading through a thread which I'll link to as soon as I can find it.

With Hagoromo being the knowledgeable man that he is, writing part of the Uchiha tablet, he must've had some understanding of the awakening of the third eye as a result of proximity with the moon. With his own mother, Kaguya, possessing the special third eye, perhaps he was also capable of awakening such an eye after becoming the 10 tails Jinchuuriki.

As a result, I'm willing to hazard a guess that the tattoo on his forehead may have been a form of seal, due to his supposed mastery of fuuinjutsu, which was supposed to repress the awakening of such an eye. This kinda aligns with his desire for peace by connecting hearts with Ninshuu as opposed to ruling with fear like the rabbit Goddess.

Nice Theory, but we don't know if Hagoromo absorbed the shinjuu as well or even if that is the reason as to why Madara could awaken the third eye. Still nice though.

I think he did awaken it or at least came close to it before sealing it. He CREATED the moon, remember? It's probably connected to being close to the Juubi, its presence or something connected to it somehow, but i dont really see a pattern because Madara was close to the Gedo-Mazou loads of times. I'm guessing Kishi just made a mistake and didn't think of such a thing, which is understandable because it's so minor. Or he'll pull something completely unexpected out that defies any current prediction. I doubt it's just triggered by proximity to what is essentially a huge Chibaku Tensei, a mass of earth. There has to be more to it, Juubi Shell inside it or not.
Edit: Madara wasn't a Juubi jinchuuriki back when he was seen with the Gedo-Mazou, but now it's inside him, as well. This got a lot more confusing all of a sudden.
Edit V2: Perhaps he created the moon not from earth but from something created by the Juubi/Holy Tree? Perhaps some sort of temple or Mokuton tech that the Juubi used. The more i think about it the less possible it seems that he just used normal earth since it'd leave a crater the size of the MOON.

The first time he awakened the 3rd eye is by becoming the Juubi Jinchuuriki. The second time, he awakened it by getting close to the moon. Since Hagoromo was the one who created it, he was close to it as well. Madara said that awakening the 3rd eye happens by possessing 2 full Rinnegan. And then, he sealed it in his forehead. You put some effort in the thread, but you did not give the obvious interpretation of the sign on Hagoromo's forehead. That sign is the most troublesome sign in the entire series, and I believe it is connected to sage mode and Rinnegan. It could explain also the origin of Rinnegan.

There is a huge possibility that the forehead mark is the mark of the SO6P Senjutsu just as Hashirama's Senjutsu got a third eye marking. Also, you can see the same mark on the coat of Hagoromo and Naruto, and that mark was shown when Madara was talking about the six paths' senjutsu.

I think it symbolizes the way the Juubi's power was split into several pieces and how teamwork and cooperation is above induvidual power (if it wanted to represent induvidual power it would simply be a Juubi eye, not the "components"). As for Hashirama's "third eye", it just means that he is enlightened. It would have to have more circles around it to indicate any connection to the Sharinnegan. As it is, it just has a dot in the middle (pupil) and a circle around it (the edges of a NORMAL eye).

As someone before me said, that's probably the Senjutsu mark and not a third eye, Naruto probably has one under his forehead protector, the requirements of the third eye is not just to be the Juubi's Jinchuriki but to be able to use it's full power, Hagoromo probably didn't have access to the full power of the Juubi because he probably sealed the second form of the Juubi and not the tree form like Madara just did, I believe that Kaguya is the current Shinju/Juubi and that the previous Shinju/Juubi already died after Kaguya consumed the fruit, so the fruit grew and became another Juubi that's why Kaguya had the third eye because she can access her full power, also I believe that the moon already existed before and that it's the original home of Kaguya's race but for some reason the moon was destroyed and all what Hagoromo did was re-make it

Initially, I also believed that the symbols behind Naruto and Rikudo were symbolizing the 9 parts of the Juubi - the nine Bijus - and the Rinnegan of Rikudo. This could still be true, yet this would means that Naruto has Juubi inside him, which is not true.

Thus, the only explanation of the marking are the chakra inside both Rikudo and Naruto. This means, as Madara said, those markings are purely representative of the Senjutsu of the six paths. This is consistent because the Juubi chakra is simply the same has natural energy. The key is the amount of chakra that the person possesses and their mastery of the Senjutsu.

Also, while many people like to ignore it, the back of Naruto was shown as the symbol of Senjutsu. I am pretty sure this will come later, because, we know that Hashirama got his forehead mark only due to Senjutsu and we know he is the only one who had mastered his Senjutsu at that time.

Naruto has a part of the juubi or what is usually called a tailed beast, several now, actually. -_-
