2) kakashi hatake

Zabuza fought kakashi 3 times and kakashi was lucky because he couldn't defeat zabuza without others help.

haku protected zabuza and sharinghan failed to defeat zabuza so he used summoning jutsu .
Kakashi suppose to be dead but he won because zabuza was deep hurt once he saw haku died in front of his eyes.

Zabuza lost when he was edo because he wasn't at his full power either full potential and he was controlled by idiot who can't use zabuza at his full potential beside without nara and yamakana clan ! Kakashi couldn't defeat zabuza.


Finally kakashi was lucky and technically, zabuza soloed kakashi

3) sasuke uchiha MS

We all saw how sasuke failed to defeat killerbee and Killer bee was playing with team taka and almost kill sasuke.
Sasuke failed to defeat any kage in kage submit because he was lack of experiences while zabuza can defeat half of current generation kages ..

Zabuza has more experiences than sasuke MS and he is more faster than sasuke MS and once mist is activated then kiss goodbye to sasuke's head.

zabuza is better kenjutsu user than sasuke MS.
Zabuza has upper hands and he can defeat sasuke MS medium to high difficulties.

There are 2 ways to fight sasuke if he decided to activate susanoo against zabuza.

- zabuza hidden mist jutsu

Sharinghan can't see through mist.
By activating the mist , zabuza can blind sasuke inside mist and zabuza must wait until sasuke chakra all drained and once sasuke chakra drained from using susanoo then zabuza can finish sasuke off.

- zabuza demon mode

This mode is over kill , it will cost zabuza and sasuke life if zabuza decided to use his demon aura and it has ability to destroy any object even sasunoo defense however this mode will drain all zabuza's chakra and caused him death .

Because zabuza saved his demon mode for last to use it against kakashi and I think kakashi saw that when gato appeared.
Zabuza was willing to continue the fight even knowing that his arms were injured but gato made zabuza to change his mind.

2) kakashi had MS since he was 14 (when rin died)
3) sasuke EMS needs 10 unstoppable chapters to defeat zabuza while zabuza solo sasuke taka medium to high difficulties.
