[Theory] Did Itachi give Naruto the Totsuka blade and Yata Mirror rather than Sasuke?

A long time ago, I theorized Edo Itachi may have placed the weapons inside Naruto by making eye contact with him. This was supported by he not bringing out his full susano'o against Kabuto and not showing if he still had them. I also think it would parallel he transferring his doujutsus to sasuke and my theory that the weapons were made by the Uzumakis. Perhaps with his new power and the Ashura cloak, he will be able to pull them out and fight Madara with them?

I honestly don't think he has them. His bow resembles the yata mirror a bit as far as its swirl goes, but that's all and his PS is wielding two duel katanas like Madara's.

No, he didn't. Itachi died, and he took those weapons with him the first time. Neither Sasuke nor Naruto have them, nor will they ever.

If ANYONE has it .. it is Sasuke with Itachi's eyes but Itachi's Wheapons are NOT items they are unique to his Mangekyou and are considered a SPIRITUAL wheapon....

Totsuka and Yata are only for those who inherit the SOLO... so Sasuke MAY be able to use it but Naruto will not until he learns Solo No Jutsu... he is not sealing/onshotting/soloing anyone anytime soon... MangaPhaxz LMFAO

The Totsuka blade and Yata mirror are not unique to his susano'o. They are legendary items that zetsu knew of and that Orochimaru sought, much like the kusanagi. Itachi found them somewhere.

Not really. He has a large chakra cloak that could wield them like susano'o. Furthermore, they are etherial weapons, not jutsus so its likely Madara wouldn't be able to erase or absorb them, while Naruto could use them to defend and chop up or seal the animal path summons as well as the CT meteors, gudou damas, mokuton and susano'o.

The current chapter was the correct opportunity for him to use those weapons or rather Naruto should have mention something Itachi gave to him like a cliffhanger. But nothing happened so I guess he doesn't have them.

If you had actually taken a few moments to read my initial post, I stated Naruto may not be aware of them, just as he wasn't aware of Shisui's eye.
