He is much faster. Ay still has to think and counterattack, Killua body does it automatically, he doesn't think and his brains doesn't send signals to his body.

Killua caught a projectile that killed you once it materialized, he basically caught it in 0.00 seconds .

Actually it's a bit better than A's lightning armour. I'll tell you why.

A's lightning armour enhances his nervous system by allowing electrical signals to fire at a much faster rate than a normal persons, granting him greater speed and reflexes. It also enhances his durability.

Killua's god speed completely by passes his nervous system altogether by using nen to make sure that his electric aura transmits the electrical signals in a straight line. Lingthning travels much better and faster in a straight line. This means that killua's godspeed is faster than A's lightning armour, including his version 2 form.
