I think Sakura can possibly beat all but Lee individually. Neji would be a high dif either way fight. I think her and Katsuyu can take down Choji. If he goes big, he'll just be a bigger target for acid and/or Sakura to attack. Now Kiba is an interesting match up. I say that could possibly go high dif either way. I'm not sure about Shikamaru, he can be kinda tricky, so is Shino. The rest, I think she can beat low-mid dif.

Again, invalid. He was using the standard gentle fist technique to attack his inner coils to attack internal organs. He did not attack the connection with Kurama. My standpoint is supported by this.

He did not see Kurama's chakra until Naruto brought it out. AKA, he did not target the seal's connection to Kurama since, simply put, he didn't see it to begin with. This was the only point when he saw this happen.

They aim for the points and what else gets hit because they are located in the same place? Organs, the seal is on the stomach whether he aimed for it or not, he hit the seal and was not able to destroy it.

Its not like Katsuyu can do much though. Lee is way too fast to get caught. Worst case scenario Katsuyu will have to spit her acid and let Sakura get caught in it as well. Can Sakura heal from that? I don't see lee getting hit any other way. The decapitation can occur in in the matter of seconds also...
