You misunderstand me. The Sage gave them both powers to ensure that they became equals. Sage knows Sasuke has a pseudo perfect Susanoo and by giving him Rinnegan he knows that not only will Sasuke gain those powers but it'll also inadvertently make that perfect winged Susanoo beast that we saw this chapter. If Sasuke had that before (had the potential) i'd put him even with Naruto.

The Sage didn't give them the same amount of power, he gave them enough power to make them both equals, to make the Elder and Younger son lines finally balanced and work together.

Yup. Personally I see it as Naruto > Sasuke just slightly, but Sasuke had that potential for Winged PS. The Sage gave them the moon and the sun and Sasuke's potential was fulfilled, granting him Winged PS outside of the Sage's gift, thus making them even.

Either way it doesn't matter a whole lot anymore, they're Ying & Yang (stated by Kishi himself) perfect equals.

I accord it to the manga. Manga stated 2 powers mixed. Which two power? Nine tails power and sasuke power.(the cloak was either insignificant or its simply classified as nine tails power in that panel)

That's a baseless assertion, but I don't need to tell you that, right? I'm not even going to humour you on this asinine assertion of EMS Sasuke matching BSM or even BM Naruto when, by feats alone, KCM Naruto blows him out of the water. Using KCM, Naruto is faster than A, can spawn Kage level clowns that can use Sage Mode and spam FRS and other such variants. What does EMS Sasuke have on that? I'd like to hear your intelligent input on that.
