Q. Now that Gaara doesn't have the Ichibi anymore he's unable to use the sand, right?
A. Both the sand and the rings around his eyes are there for good, they can't be taken away.

Also, i am the only one who think's that Kurama's nature type is Yin Yang release?

Yes, we know for fact Bijuu chakra stays within an individual even after extraction. Case and point, Gaara still having sand manipulation and was able to pull Shukaku out during the Bijuu tug of war.

I'm presently working on a thread about Kurama's abilities. We know Negative Emotion Sensing is unique only to Kurama, but he also appears to have a vastly larger amount of raw power compared to the other Bijuu, hence why his 50% Bijuu Dama is like a tactical nuke (even after Naruto splitting his chakra and power in clones), and then Naruto countering the Bijuu Dama of 2-7 tails with a single Flash Bijuu Dama.

Then there's also the adverse effects Kurama's chakra had on the Zetsu clones and causing Mokuton to spawn. I feel there's some sort of special, unexplored property within there. This could signify him having Yang Release, but it is unconfirmed/could be more at work than just that..

He will not have that massive amount of chakra of the kuybi's. He can't use bijudama and bm when biju is not there no more

I think Gaara could still use sand is because of his mama's protection. It showed in war arc if I'm not mistaken, but its possible naruto might be able to keep the nature considering there will still bit of chakara appears impossible to be extracted. So I won't be surprised(well maybe a little bit XD)
