Danzo stomps her. Even without ka, his izanagi, curse seal paralysis combined with his massive futons(that will make tsunade heal herself consistently and waste chakra) will simply overwhelm her. Danzo(wo ka) was able to go toe to toe with ms sauke, who is far superior to tsunade.(abc logic doesn't always work, but when the power difference is massive it does.)
