Considering the Sage had more power of the same power than Madara, he could use it.

I'll try to explain this. The 9 Beasts came from Hagoromo. The 9 Beasts turned into the Juubi. The Juubi turned into the God Tree. Madara currently does not have 100% of the 9 Beasts, which came from Hagoromo. Therefore, Hagoromo has more power than Madara. All Madara has, came from Hagoromo who had it all, unlike Madara.

Kaguya IS the Juubi, she was sealed into it or something. This is supported by the fact that the tree asked Madara to absorb it. So now Madara has Kaguya's power plus the Juubi plus the rinnegan, plus the sage's body (Hashi's cells). So yes he surpassed her BUT I'm sure she has the potential to possess him at anytime and take over his body because Kaguya >>> Juubi

This is the most current of the three. RikudouMadara, The Rikudou, and Kaguya. If The Rikudou says he's trying to get close to he and his mothers power....and Madara just obtained Kaguyas power... He has surpassed The Rikudou. When he absorbed the Tree the Tomoe on his cloak increased to signify a power up.....He has more than everyone. I believe this is when he was slightly weaker than The Rikudou..... When he obtained both Rinnegan I feel he surpassed him... When he obtained The Juubi eye....it is when he surpassed Kaguya....

If he has The dreadful power of Kaguya that The Rikudou said made her so powerful..... How is Madara not stronger.....? Everything in the past matters not. Kaguyas power>The Rikudous.... Madara has that power so Madara>The Rikudou.... Nao I believe he is above Kaguya because she has The Juubi eye and two Byakugan..... Madara has the Trees eye and two Rinnegan. Iirc Rinnegan>>>>>>>>Byakugan..... Though the strength depends on the user and Madara I feel is more than adept with it.

@Lady Kaguya, Kaguya does not have the Rinnegan..... The Juubi eye is a sharingan.... Only Madara and The Rikudou awakened the full power of the Rinnegan. She gained the eye via way of the fruit. Not through the moon and Rinnegan.

Those idiots who think the Juubi is going to be any effected by the loss of Kurama's Chakra need to kill themselves. Kurama nor any Bijuu will effect the Juubi's power at all. That being said, Juubi doesn't need a full Chakra of Bijuu to be as powerful as its prime. When it comes to the God Tree, Kaguya ate a portion of the tree, so in other words, she possessed a portion of the fruit. Madara absorbed the whole god tree and the fruit, so he possess more power than her. Either way, the Rinnegan alone puts him above anyone else, apart from Hagoromo.​

Your grasp of what is happening is... Not good.
Everything Madara has was originally the Sage's... And Madara has less of it. Therefore the Sage still has more power than Madara for the time being.
And the fruit hasn't grown on the tree... You seriously just made that part up.

Now, since the Sage has more power than Madara, and the Sage admitted inferiority to Kaguya, and all three have the same powers, Kaguya is at the top, the Sage is second, and Madara is third.
But I seriously doubt you'll understand that. You're just going to fanboy at me if anything.
