[Predictions] Potential new plot after the arc (Yes, I know the series is ending)

I thought Naruto could be rapped up after these war arcs, but given the new information we've received, I honestly think Kishimoto could expand further or at least make a movie or short series for it.

I've continued thinking on and off of who the hell this Jashin is Hidan worshiped, as well as the the shinigami, the statue of the man whose tongue Pein sat on and now Hagoromo's mysterious brother. Then it dawned on me, what if they are all the same person?

What if Hagoromo's brother mirrors the Cane and Abel theme of the series and was Hagoromo's rival and enemy in the end? What if he too can return in some manner like Hagoromo? Could the shinigami be his sealed soul and chakra while Hidan's body is his own, reincarnated? Could Orochimaru have released him using the mask and cutting his stomach? Could Orochimaru himself have some connection to the brother? Possibly being his descendant or reincarnation? There's also those several translations that the sages sealed the juubi into themselves and not just Hagoromo as other translations say. Perhaps that means there are opposites to the current bijuus. It also appears there were two moons during the Ootsutsukis' era. The Uzumakis and Hyuuga's origins, not to mention the majority of the clan origins are still in the dark as well.

I know several of these are crack, but these particular elements just seem too mysterious and intriguing for me.

I know Kishimoto plans to end the series, but I believe he could just as easily continue it. He really seems to be building on Sasuke vs. Naruto again as well.

That's almost like saying Hagoromo isn't relevant. You recall before this war he was regarded more as a legend or deity than an actual person, just like Jashin. The mysterious Jashin, his cult and this immortality jutsu that Hidan succeeded in is just too elaborated for me to overlook, same with Orochimaru and Hagoromo's brother. Kishimoto also stated he cut out quite a bit of Hidan's backstory. Perhaps he did it solely because of his editors or perhals doing that would have revealed future devices or devices he originally planned to use, but either decided against or wished to leave in the dark.
