This is sorta confusing...

Probably team 1 wins high diff; gap between Sakura and Tsunade seems smaller than the gap between Gai and Lee. Plus Sakura displayed Tsunade's highest level of tech while Lee is yet to access bigger guns like Hirudora.

Sakura has been shown to be on par with Tsunade, but with better physical strength. Gai can go 7 gates, and Lee can only go to 6 gates. Its pretty straightforward. First team wins lol - mid dif.

Actually I change my answer. Gai's team takes this. Gai has full knowledge that he has to take Tsunade's head off and she does not have Katsuyu here to wait him out.
