I don't think Jiraiya has a counter to Sasori's poison...

If you have Jman starting in SM........ You don't need to restrict anything from Kisame and Deidara........ He neg stomps them both so hard. You need to remove those restrictions from Akatsuki, but even then, he still stomps them, but maybe low-mid difficulty.

He is the strongest Sannin...unless you're including ET.

In my opinion both Akatsuki are just too much for Jiraiya, even with him starting in SM. He could defeat either one in a 1v1 though.
