1. How do I change my picture on the left like other members
2. How do i add a picture below

Haha welcome to the base. You add a picture underneath your name (called an avatar) by going to the User CP (control panel) and pressing edit Avatar, while you can change the picture underneath your posts (called a signature) by also going to User CP and pressing edit signature. User CP is a button which you can see near the top bar:

The max avatar size is 150x200 (or 150x300 for premium members but I don't think you're one..right?) and the max signature size is 600x300.

If you have a picture that you want resized, you can go to online websites like picresize . com or if you want to upload pictures on your computer to the internet (so you get a web address) you can use tinypic . com.

Adding borders and special effects can be done on a variety of image editing programs (e.g photoshop) but if you don't have them you can use a free online one called pixlr . com. And if you're too lazy to edit either haha, you can always post a thread asking for another member to create an avatar for you.
